The only thing that was a bit of a drawback was the overall layer of dirt that moved from the roof to the backyard. Was easy to sweep up once dried, just didn't take that into account when we decided to get the roof clean- so I would suggest anything you don't want dirty to move inside or out of the way to avoid having to clean it once they are done... such as patio furniture and/ or umbrellas.
